Minimums: Opening orders are $350; reorders are $250.
Ordering: Requires valid reseller ID. Email hello@kimberlyhodges.com for changes/cancellations. Once processed by our fabricator, changes cannot be made.
Shipping: Standard 2-3 weeks (up to 6-8 post-market/holidays). FOB from SC via UPS/FedEx. Include a cancel date if needed; otherwise, orders may ship up to 3 months from original date.
Pricing: Products show retail pricing initially, but in your cart you will see the Wholesale amount.
Payment: Opening orders paid via major credit card.
Damages: Submit in writing to hello@kimberlyhodges.com within 14 days of receipt with photographs.
