Marin goddess wood wall sculpture by Kimberly Hodges.
This is a one of a kind piece inspired by the Mexican retablos and Japanese goddesses I have seen in my travels and while living in El Paso, Texas. This wood wall sculpture was cut on my scroll saw and entirely hand painted and carved on the surface.
She is many symbolic elements you may not notice at first glance; including many hearts, swirling Japanese flowers reminicent of the yin yang symbol, two welcoming pineapples (a nod to my very Southern upbringing), and a rainbow showering hearts. She holds a flowering manifesting object while she radiates love and energy as the sacred and gentle feminine.
She is a one of a kind never to be created again! She has many unusual elements so may not be for everyone, if She deeply speaks no doubt she will grace your home, entryway, bedroom, or a special nook!
